I made a manip to amuse myself, and by demand I am posting it. Hopefully it amuses you too.
Simon. As a space hooker.
What's not to love, really?

Ah, spacehooker!Simon, you are the thing that fanfiction was made for.
I love that second pic of Jayne. The look on his face is priceless!
Hopefully spacehooker!Simon is was your next fanfic is made of. ;)
:D I'm sure there are tons of spacehooker!Simon stories out there. I mean, there have to be, right??
I know of a few, but I also know you can never have enough.
It was time the truth was revealed. Sometimes living a lie was just too much for a man to bear.
"You're a what?" Mal yelled, when Simon made his announcement.
Jayne just looked fascinated, and Kaylee. Well, she was already digging into various pockets for money.
"A spacehooker," Simon replied calmly.
"Yes. And in fact, the real reason I'm on the run isn't about River at all. I just made that up." He paused, and not just for dramatic effect. It was also to look at the rather large pile of money Kaylee had started to place on the table.
"So? What're ya running from?" Jayne eyed the money, then shrugged and added several bills to the pile. "Wanna share?" He asked Kaylee.
"My spacepimp." Simon shuddered. "He was so tacky! But he was always having me followed! So I decided to just leave. Too bad the man was so possessive."
Mal frowned. "Space. Pimp."
Nodding vigorously, Simon turned to Jayne and Kaylee. "That will get you a lot of my time," he said, pointing at the money pile.
"Shiny!" Kaylee said. "Bunk?"
"Of course." Simon looked at Jayne. "Are you coming?"
"Hell yeah," Jayne said, shoving away from the table.
The three of them walked out of the kitchen (but not before Simon had scooped up the money and put it in his pocket).
"Space pimp?" Mal was left saying.
River frowned. "No sense of style at all."
Bwahahah, I loved this! Thank you so much. What a fantastic Easter present for me when I got this. :D
Hee! I'm glad you liked it. Oh, that horrible tacky spacepimp. He just wasn't good enough for poor Simon (spacehookers have standards).
I love your cracked brain. Spacepimp! And of course Jayne and Kaylee immediately begin pooling their cash; those two are on top of the practical things.
those two are on top of the practical things.
They totally are! And I think it's touching that they're willing to share ;)
